GENERAL CONDITIONS

The realization of orders by the buyer implies acceptance of the conditions expressed herein, as established in Law 23/2003 Warranty in the Sale of Consumer Goods and Services Act Electronic Commerce Ministry Industry.

 

EcoGrinbi guarantees that all its products and those set forth in this website are organic products with "organic certification" except products "bakery" but these are made with certified organic raw materials (organic flour, sourdough, etc ...) . At all times the client may ask our certificate of inclusion on the board of organic farming in the Region of Murcia and Valencian Community.

 

EcoGrinbi oversees all orders so that the products harvested and packed in its box meet the optimum conditions for consumption and preserve the quality and freshness for which we are recognized.

Being fresh food may be the case of lack of stock of any product, if this happens, will be deducted from your order. In any case this will claim any rights to the buyer beyond the refund will already be applied to your final bill or other similar substitution should indicate this option.

Products that require refrigeration, such as outbreaks and dairy for example, are transported without breaking the cold chain to maintain the highest quality and freshness.

DELIVERY

Orders can be made from Friday until Tuesday of next week and will deal Thursday.

In EcoGrinbi you can make payment of your order by the following forms of payment.

In EcoGrinbi, we use a payment system with credit card completely safe, to ensure the confidentiality of customer data.

Paypal is a fast and secure way to pay online, if you choose this method of payment, once the purchase, you will be redirected to the official Paypal website where you can make the payment.

If you pay with PayPal, these are the steps you should follow:

1. When you have decided what items to buy, select the option to pay with PayPal.

2. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal pages where you can choose to pay with your PayPal account (by entering your username and password) or guest (entering your card details).

3. Once identified, you will simply have to confirm the payment by clicking the "Pay Now"

4. You will be returned to the store and your payment through PayPal is complete.

 

Once payment is made correctly, your order will be completed and will be sent an email with a summary of your purchase

Cash on delivery (not valid for external parcel shipments Option Seur, MRW ...)

You can also pay for your purchases by choosing I  either of these cash on delivery two options.

1) Cash payment with exact amount of money (the carrier does not carry change)

2) By credit card (the carrier carries a wireless POS)
